On November 1, 2018, a transversal international department was created between the two schools of the Lyon Metropole CCI, HYBRIA and EKLYA. The department is under the direct responsibility of Sébastien ARCOS, director of HYBRIA and EKLYA. This attachment to the management of two schools allows the international department to create a synergy between the partners and to produce an economy of scale.  The international department team also includes Melisa KEBUDE, in charge of international development.

An international development committee of HYBRIA validates the main development choices. It is composed of the director of HYBRIA, the head of the international department, the president of HYBRIA and the head of pedagogy.

HYBRIA Institute of Business and Technologies attaches great importance to the good preparation of its students for outgoing international mobility:

•  Meetings with students and their parents to present the concept and the different destinations for academic mobility
• Provision of H3 and H3+ international mobility guides, updated every year, which provide all the academic and practical information on each partner
• Selection of students and allocation of destinations in accordance with the principles of equality
• Systematic monitoring of all students before, during and after their period of academic or professional mobility (internship) abroad
• Allocation of Erasmus and regional grants according to transparent procedures

and ensures an optimal integration of all students in incoming mobility:

• Academic information about the school, our programs in French and English, and studies in France and in Lyon
• Practical information and assistance (registration, visa, administrative procedures, health insurance, accommodation…)
• Social integration through a sponsorship system by our local students
